twitterbxbMore streaming music, from more quality bands that played Ft Lauderdale’s Block X Blog festival, with more (we think) useful descriptions of their sound. I mean, why write long paragraphs about a band, when I can just tell you “sounds like” A Place To Bury Strangers or Everlast. Granted, it’s hard as hell to compare bands, and I fully encourage local bands to blast the comment box with “I can’t believe you said I sound like ________!”; I did my best though.

Lil Daggers

Rickolus

For fans of: Iron & Wine, Radical Face, Bright Eyes, and Duval County (Doooooo-val, stand up!)

No Soundcloud from what I can tell, but here’s an MP3 to download

Suede Dudes

The Goddamn Hustle

For fans of: Pavement, The Replacements, Weezer (first half of career), and really good surprise cover songs at the end of sets.
